Livingston, home and possibly other locations in West Lothian.

Driving Licence and access to a car is essential 

Salary:

£32,536 pa 3 year fixed term  

Brief Detail:

Carers of West Lothian are looking for a Development Worker to join their new project Dementia Early Intervention Partnership (DEIP). Working with partners the post holder will: identify and support carers of people with dementia and their cared for person, living in West Lothian; provide emotional and practical support and information and advice.
